The Challenge
The project group faced structural and calculation challenges on corrugated sandwich panel rooftops, demanding careful wind-load analysis. Logistically, delivering materials to Warehouses under a tight schedule was critical. Furthermore, the installation team encountered harsh weather conditions, including freezing temperatures, high wind speeds, and elevated roof hazards. Despite these obstacles, operations progressed safely and efficiently according to the plan.
The Approach
What We Did
Our engineering team precisely managed all design, procurement, and rooftop logistics. We performed detailed structural calculations for wind resistance on corrugated sandwich panels and deployed specialized mounting systems, maintaining high quality standards from initial prototyping to final site integration.
What We Use
We utilize high-efficiency weather-resistant solar panels, industrial-grade electrical inverters, and durable rooftop mounting structures engineered to withstand Warehouses freezing climate, high wind speeds, and demanding rooftop conditions.
The Solution
- Designing a custom 1.78 MW rooftop solar energy system tailored for corrugated industrial roofs.
- Deploying approximately 3,240 high-efficiency solar panels to maximize clean energy production.
- Installing advanced industrial inverters to ensure stable power conversion and reliable factory operations.
- Implementing robust rooftop mounting structures engineered to withstand high wind loads and harsh climatic conditions.
- Integrating smart safety and protection systems to secure the installation and optimize system performance.
- Completing testing and commissioning procedures to verify system readiness and operational reliability.
The Outcome
The project successfully delivered a reliable 1.78 MW rooftop solar energy plant designed to serve 48 factories. By addressing complex corrugated rooftop structures, high wind loads, and harsh climatic conditions, the project provides a robust clean energy infrastructure designed for long-term operational performance and reduced reliance on conventional grid power.
